Mission Statement As a member of the Directorate of Emergency Services, the Fire and Emergency Services Division is obligated to provide the most efficient, cost effective, and safest fire protection and prevention services to Fort Bragg's soldiers, their families, and civilian work force. The Fire and Emergency Services Division ( F&ES), formally known as the Fire Department, operates an enhanced 911 dispatch system and provides fire suppression, aircraft fire fighting, rescue, hazardous materials response and mitigation, training, testing, trench & confined space rescue, water rescue, and public fire education. Vision Provide effective fire and emergency services to the soldiers, their families, and to the civilians living and working on Fort Bragg. To be recognized as the leader in providing fire and emergency services throughout the XVIII Airborne Corps.
