**IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT**

The Directorate of Human Resources will hold its annual holiday party on Friday, 5 December 2014. As a result the following offices will close at 1100: Student Services, Personnel Services, Retirement Services, Passport and Visa Office, Reassignments Section, MOB/DEMOB Section, Sponsorship Office, Installation Publications Services, Freedom of Information (FOIA) and Privacy Act (PA) services, Records Mgt & Holding Area services, Document and Forms Management services, Voting Assistance Office, Army Substance Abuse clinical services to include evaluation and rehabilitation services, drug testing and processing, risk reduction program, Army Continuing Education System tuition assistance and counseling.

All other offices to include, ID Card Facility, Out-Processing Section, Casualty Assistance Center, Transitions, Soldier for Life: Transition Assistance Program, eMILPO Section, Substance Abuse Prevention and Training, on-post college programs, testing at the Bragg Training and Education Center (BTEC) and Education In/Out Processing services at the Soldier Support Center will be minimally staffed.


Our Mission is to strengthen the Overall Fitness and Effectiveness of the Army's Total Workforce and enhancement of Soldier Combat Readiness. 

Our Vision is to be a Top-Notch Army Substance Abuse Program and service provider that enhances fitness, combat readiness, and worker productivity.

Risk Reduction focuses on high-risk behaviors, many of which are frequently associated with alcohol or drug abuse. High-risk behaviors include spouse and child abuse, safety accidents and injuries, crimes against persons and property, sexually transmitted diseases, traffic offenses, financial problems, and suicide gestures or attempts. All of these behaviors potentially erode combat and mission readiness.

Our office provides: Soldier Risk Reduction, Employee Assistance, Substance Abuse Training, and Urinalysis Testing..
